Dr. Atabakhsh is a board-eligible endodontist dedicated to providing exceptional root canal care with compassion, precision, and a commitment to patient comfort. He believes that every patient deserves to feel informed, at ease, and confident throughout their treatment.

Originally from Southern California, Dr. Atabakhsh earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he graduated with numerous honors for academic and clinical excellence. After completing a hospital-based General Practice Residency at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, he practiced as a general dentist before pursuing advanced specialty training in Endodontics at Temple University School of Dentistry.

Since relocating to Washington in 2009, Dr. Atabakhsh has successfully treated thousands of patients and has earned the trust of dentists throughout the region. He is known for his gentle approach, attention to detail, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes. His goal is to make every root canal treatment as comfortable and stress-free as possible while helping patients preserve their natural teeth.

Outside the office, Dr. Atabakhsh enjoys spending time with his children, traveling, hiking, biking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. He is passionate about continuing education and staying at the forefront of advances in endodontics so he can provide the highest level of care to every patient.
