One star is too generous for this establishment. The office manager is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my life does not know how to speak to people and if this is how she’s gonna run this office, I feels very sorry for this doctor. I dealt with the office assistant when I was making my appointment and she does not give me the right information and what I informed the office manager of this. She did a 360 I’m never coming there and I feel sorry for anybody who has to deal with these people.

1 star is a huge compliment for your clinic! your receptionist lady needs to find something else no people related field to work in! messed up with a personal information, how is she even working in this position without basics? no respect, no insurance knowledge, attitude, started to talk about different patient that she thought I am! really?! if you're messing with some kind of information - I don't need to know about it, about stranger's personal experience! my insurance does cover root canal treatment, but she doesn't know anything about it and kept saying that she already told me everything and I'm confusing her! like what?! so rude! honestly it was my 2 time talking with that lady and I regret that last time I didn't say anything back because she was continuing to act the same! you need to fix it! read all your reviews and noticed that your doctor is a really good endodontist but it doesn't really matter if your team member allow themselves to act like that! your rude receptionist is the reason I won't be back to your clinic & I'll never recommend it to anyone as well!

Office staff are great the doctor is very professional this is the 2nd root canal he has done for me absolutely no pain at all I would highly recommend he is a great doctor thank you for fixing my teeth

My dentist referred me here for a complicated root canal and I had a bad experience calling a different endodontics place where the receptionist was very rude to me so it was so refreshing calling here and the receptionist was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They got me in pretty quick and took care of my root canal for me and did a wonderful job. I loved the assistant and the Dr was very gentle. Definitely felt a family vibe from the staff. I had a great experience overall
